N.A.I.V.A has helped Native American students to further their education with a scholarship. From our first veteran powwow in 1993 to the last powwow/ festival in 2006, We are resetting our site in a different way. We are now on the path of doing Honor guard duty or grand entries for other organizations powwows and festivals. To carry our eagle staff and the flag of the Haudenosaunee confederacy with honor and dignity to let it be known of the courage and patriotism that the proud Native American warrior has shown for its Nation. Write or e-mail us with information if you know of anyone needing a honor guard and we'll get back to you with more details.
Once again our warriors face the enemy and once again we must ask the Creator to watch over them and keep them safe and bring them safely home to their families and loved ones. War is not what the warrior asked for, but what the warrior must do to protect turtle island. Now our minds are one.
N.A.I.V.A. CREED:
I believe in the almighty Creator, for all the people as one, and freedom for all, who honors and respects the rights of
all people of our Nation.
To always remember with honor and respect, the Warriors who have gone before us, and to all the Warriors who served and defended with dignty and will continue to defend our Nation until peace prevails for all.
Now our minds are one.
